The tricks to making hemp tea

How difficult can it be to make a single hemp tea? It doesn’t seem like anything complicated, but actually there are some nuances to watch out for.

  • We recommend that customers who have not consumed cannabis products before drink for the first time during the day. If you have not previously consumed cannabis products or stimulated your endocannabinoid system in any other way, then your endocannabinoid system is in deficit and can have the opposite effect, i.e. make you alert. This is due to the fact that the endocannabinoid system receives a large amount of cannabinoids at once, and there is a temporary overabundance. Based on the feedback, we have concluded that such a thing has happened to 1 out of 10 people. If this happens, don’t get discouraged, just prepare a new tea the next day and enjoy!

  • Why does it say on our packaging to boil hemp tea for 3 minutes if possible? Cooking makes cannabidiol CBD more absorbable by the human body. This means that the effect of cannabis tea is stronger. This trick can be used, for example, if you have severe sleep problems, high fever, severe pain (e.g. migraine), deep depression, etc.

  • Add a little milk to your delicious hemp tea. The fat in the milk further dissolves the cannabidiol CBD. This trick can be used both when boiling hemp tea (boil with milk) and when leaving it to infuse normally (add milk before leaving the hemp tea to infuse).

  • But if you don’t have the energy or desire to make tea, it’s actually easier! The principle is simple: The longer, the stronger! In other words, the longer you let it draw, the stronger the effect. There are some health conditions when it would be necessary to drink this wonderful hemp tea during the day (e.g. anxiety disorder, hyperactivity disorder, stress, depression, seizures, etc.), then just let it brew for less time (for example, 7 minutes instead of 10 minutes). From my own experience with hyperactivity, I can confidently say that it does not cause drowsiness, instead it organizes thoughts and calms down so that the working day can go on at full speed!
