Preparation instructions:
- Boil water at 100 °C (if possible, boil hemp tea for 3 minutes)
- Add a mug pyramid pouch
- Add a mug of water (200ml)
- Wait 7-10 minutes (the waiting time depends on whether you drink hemp tea in the morning or in the evening before going to bed. If you drink it in the evening, let it steep longer).
- Remove the pyramid pouch and enjoy! (If you want a stronger experience, add a little milk to your delicious hemp tea!)
